We aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible however, please bear in mind that we hand-build all of our chairs to your requirements so can take 3-4 weeks for manufacture to be completed.
We will contact you once your product is ready and arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
Our installation engineers will call you on the morning of your delivery and advise you of an approximate time. All you need to do is be there, they will deliver, install and demonstrate the product for you.
Once complete they take away all the packaging and even your old product if previously requested. All part of our complete service.
